How Do I Make An Order?

Just go to JoyHip.com (hint: you’re already here) and click on a product you like and is available in your size and add to cart. Then just follow the easy checkout process, and soon you’ll own some JoyHip products (welcome to the club).

I’m Getting An Error When I’m Trying To Place My Order, Help!?

First and foremost... remember to breathe. Cos if you dont, you will faint, and then it'll take even longer to get your JoyHip order, and that's no good. Secondly, check you've filled all the details out properly including your name, address, and payment info. Still not working? Try a different browser or a different device such as phone/tablet/computer or laptop. Be patient and remember, computers are people too. Email us at info@JoyHip.com, and we'll see if we can track down the problem.

Where Is My Confirmation Email?

JoyHip automatically sends you a confirmation email about the details of your orders and the estimated delivery date. If you did not receive one, don't worry! You can try these instead:

  1. Check the spam folder of your email account
  2. Check your Paypal transaction history
  3. Or, you may check your order status or order history.
  4. If there is a typo in your email address, no worries simply contact us we can fix it & resent your order confirmation.

Where Is My Receipt?

Your JoyHip invoice sent to you via email, will serve as your receipt when you make an order.

What Type Of Payment Do You Accept?

On Checkout, you may pay with your Credit Card, Paypal, AmazonPay, ApplePay & GooglePay account.

Can I Send My Order As A Gift?

ABSOLUTELY! Simply fill in the recipients name and address in the shipping information field. A packing invoice will be included without disclosing the price of the item.

Do You Ship To International Countries Or Worldwide?

Worldwide: Europe(26 Countries), Canada, Australia and New Zealand at the moment. Please first confirm with us for delivery to your country if it is not listed above.

I Made A Mistake On My Order (address, size, etc)... Can I Change It?

Ok so here’s the deal, please note that we are only able to make the change to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us via email at info@JoyHip.com ASAP or within 24 hours after placing your order. If you send JoyHip.com the wrong shipping address, and your items have been fulfilled and shipped, unfortunately, we cannot intercept the package at that time, and will not be able to send another order to a different address.

How Do I Cancel An Order?

It’s the same deal as changing an order; you have 4 hours from when you made your order to email us at info@JoyHip.com to let us know you have to cancel. Why only 4 hours? Because after that your order slip is printed down in packing and sometimes those guys are lightning fast!

How Do I Return/Exchange/Refund An Order?

Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price. Based on your financial institution, it can take up to 2 to 10 business days to reflect on your account statement once your refund is processed.

Our policy lasts 30 days for retail items. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Note:  Free Offers/Giveaways - Any Free + Shipping offers must be canceled within the same day order is placed. Free items are non-refundable once shipped.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Custom goods such as handmade tote bags, shoes, leggings cannot be returned.

If your item is damaged/defected, please send clear images to info@JoyHip.com and we will fix it :)

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Partial Refunds  (if applicable)
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@JoyHip.com and we will contact you about your returning your item.

To return your product, please contact us at info@JoyHip.com for shipping information. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

What Qualifies For A Replacement Order?

We will gladly provide you with a replacement item or refund for any of the following reasons:

  • You receive an incorrect item
  • Your order contains damaged product(s)
  • Your order has a printing mistake
  • You do not receive your order but it has been marked as delivered by USPS or DHLGlobalmail which were delivered to a different address than the provided shipping address.
  • You can contact us at info@JoyHip.com to get a replacement on its way to you ASAP! Please be sure to provide your original order number, photos of the defect and a description of what item(s) you would like us to replace and any changes needed on your replacement order.

I Ordered 2+ Items, But Only Received One... Where Is My Order?

We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and China). Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order for them to get to you faster, cheaper & more reliable. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. Therefore, the partial shipment could be applied to customers’ order.

I Received A Faulty Item, What Do I Do?

Ahh, this is so awkward, it doesn’t happen often we promise! Ok, so the best thing to do is email us on info@JoyHip.com & provide pictures of the faults so that we can share that with our distributors. If we determine the apparel is faulty, we could provide a replacement for you.

How Can I Track my Free/Giveaways Item?

For the Free/Giveaway products, we shipped using USPS regular mail which normally takes 5-10 business days. Sometimes can take up to 15-20 business days (Due to holidays, weather condition, etc). There will be no tracking information for regular mail USPS shipping.

Why Do You Charge Shipping & Handling Fees For FREE/Giveaways Products?

That’s right! You do not have to pay for the cost of the item at all – it will be $0.00! Just help us out with a small shipping & handling fee. We have to charge this shipping & handling fee in order to cover the postage fee, packing materials, base salary, healthcare & 401K for our employees. We love to take good care of not just our customers but also our employees as well. Simply because we are not running a sweatshop that is totally against our values & code of ethics.

Unauthorized Charge

We advise you to contact your local bank for the unauthorized charges which may have been caused by fraud or identity theft. We will definitely provide you a full refund for this.

Please take note that if you have paid using a credit or debit card, the amount may take 30 days to appear on your statement. If you have paid with a bank account or a Paypal balance, the amount will be credited back immediately to your Paypal balance – showing the original amount and the currency used for the payment. In some cases, you may see a PENDING status which means that we have already issued the full refund and it will take 3-5 days for this to reflect on your Paypal account.

Double Billing

If you ordered one item only and is double-billed, please send us your order ID for us to review and issue a refund.
